The hotel's location is amazing! The room had nice amenities. The staff were friendly. Breakfast was lovely. I also appreciated the speedy check-in process. The front desk personnel were efficient. As an Ambassador, I got an upgrade and complimentary breakfast. The breakfast spread had a wide selection.
The bar lacked atmosphere. It felt impersonal, more like a train station hall. The service was hesitant. My champagne lacked bubbles.
